Practice system hours from certification bundle not enabled

I purchased the two-attempt certification bundle, which includes 10 hours of practice system access. The exam attempts were provisioned and I've used one, but the practice system hours were never enabled on my account, so I can't reach the practice system at all. I have an open support case that hasn't resolved it. Is there an activation step I'm missing, or a team that handles bundle entitlements? @Margit_Wagner

Thank you so much for reaching out and offering to help, I really appreciate it. The SAP Learning support case is 5000436343 (opened October 13, 2026, the day I purchased the certification bundle), and it is still open and In Process. I also raised the issue with SAP Store Support (ticket 1000648734), who escalated it to the SAP Learning Hub Help Center on October 28.

Anything you can do to connect me with the right colleagues would be much appreciated.
