Accessing Exam

I wanted to take my SAP Certified - SAP SuccessFactors Learning exam yesterday and on clicking the scenario based exam it gave me a message "Unable to start Attempt". Has anyone experienced this?

I created a case, but no response yet.

I have tried again today and its still the same. I have taken a previous exam with no issue.

Hi @Iyabook ,

As per my understanding, your request is related to the SAP Learning Hub, and not to the SuccessFactors Learning module. If so, have your tried contacting the Learning Hub team as per KBA https://me.sap.com/notes/2404504?

Does it happen when you select Start Certification Exam or on a previous step?

When you access https://learning.sap.com/certifications/sap-certified-associate-sap-successfactors-learning-management

> Go to Certification, do you have Subscription Attempts left? I have tried and it worked on my end, I am able to Start the Exam.

Thank you Jordi. I actually relaised this was the wrong place to post this. However, I created a case with exam support and eventually it worked for me.. Took a couple of days though. And it only seemed to apply to the Learning Exam.
