1. We are currently undergoing an enterprise LMS migration to SuccessFactor LMS, during which we need to import over 200 programs. Since there seems to be no clear automation for this process, I would like to understand your suggestions.

Manual work is not feasible given that we have 200 programs with 7,000 items, mainly with URLS. The items have already been migrated, but now we need to build the programs.

2. We have over 50 SCORM packages. How can we mass load them and create the corresponding items simultaneously? in mass-load?
3. We also have more than 500 content items (such as PPTs and PDFs). What is the best way to upload all of these and create items for them? in mass- load

This is a heavy workload, and I can't believe SAP would expect us to handle it all manually! How do you typically manage migration, especially considering that many items need to be created along with the content, rather than just as placeholders?

Since there appears to be no clear automation, I need to understand your suggestions for this process.
Manual work is not feasible for 200 programs with 7000 items. 50+ SCORMS and 500+ content.

Regarding a tool to mass import programs, currently there is no such tool available within SAP SF LMS. There have been some enhancements requests on it, and customers are welcomed to vote for any open requests and/or create additional ones. For example:

For more details on enhancement requests, please check the KBA 2090228. In addition to this, your team may also check the possibility of a custom solution, by engaging your company's Partner and/or SAP Professional Services team (KBA 2149831).

Now, regarding the content objects (SCORM, .pdf, .ppt, etc.), it's possible to upload them directly into the SFTP and then massively create the content records within LMS via Item Connector:

However, please note that Learning connectors can import thousands of entities in the system, so it's highly recommend that customers engage with our Professional Services organization or a certified Learning implementation partner before attempting to use connectors or any data import.
