Hi @dWrla
Please have a look at SAP Certification support - where you can find more details under What are the technical requirements for taking an exam?
So it looks like there is currently no option to go somewhere and take the exam on a certified PC unless the exam is also offered as a classroom. In this case it is depending on the location of the classroom training. Usually it is part of the standard equipment that PCs and monitors are available. If this is not provided you should be informed via email.
If you need additional assistance, please contact sapcertification@questionmark.com or use the Chat function on the Certification Hub.
Kind regards
Margit

Questionmark secure browser crashing

Hello everybody,

it seems the Questionmark secure browser has a few problems. When I try to launch it for an actual exam (the sample assessment works), the Windows session fulfills all criteria, I get the following error in the Windows Application Log:

Faulting application name: Questionmark Secure for Windows Desktop.exe, version: 6.1.59.5, time stamp: 0x674071c0
Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: which are not subjected to security policies, to no avail. I'm running Windows 11 on a current patch level.

Of course, SAP and or examity.com do not allow iPads for SAP exams.

Is there a way SAP or Examity could open a proper support ticket at the publisher Learnosity, and/or supply a test tool with which we can test whether a session on Windows fulfills the requirements?

Regards,

René

I took a workaround - do the exam on a iMac with a recent version of MacOS instead of trying to get it running on Windows.

You need an account with admin rights in order to set a few privacy flags for Zoom, and disable the popup blocked in Safari, but afterwards, you're good to go.

But if somebody from the experts here as a good link to learnosity.com and could get an actual human supporter to have a look at the error message I mentioned in my original post, it would be absolutely great.

Also, maybe we should create a list of security software that will make the QuestionMark Secure browser crash, as I have heard from others that CrowdStrike will just do that.
