Active Directory Plus On Prem - Integration

Hi,

We are looking to integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central with MS Active Directory Plus on Prem. At the moment its managed by loading a bunch of CSV files. I would like to see if there are any better solutions.

Has anyone managed to connect directly?

Hi Kathleen,

What exactly are you looking to integrate? The user onboarding? Email creation, SP creation? In previous engagements I have helped to design and configure the identity lifecycle management with EC and AD, specifically to provision users from SuccessFactors Employee Central into Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Entra ID, with optional write-back of email address to SuccessFactors.

If you could give me a description of what you are looking to automate/integrate I can try and help you.

Hi Michael,

We have email and account creation working at the moment via CSV files which I would like to avoid because there are other issues. This would be an expansion of the integration to share changes/updates to employee names, locations, job titles etc... We also have ManageEngine Plus which currently sits between SF and AD on prem. So I'm looking for existing connectors verses creating custom integrations if possible.
