Hi Team , Pls support I hope added all the details in the description .

Account :

Subaccount: CxTest - Entitlements

Both Integration Suite , SAP Process Integration Runtime everything present .

Problem 1 : While accessing the integration suite application it giving me the page without left Navigation like Design etc Already have the IntegrationProvionarAdmin

Problem 2: While creating the instance of SAP Process Integration Runtime getting the error

Generic error

Service broker error: Service broker it-broker-rt failed with: could not reach service broker it-broker-rt at https://it-broker-rt.cert.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com/v2/service_instances/2b059a35-7f08-40ce-b574-74afd5e372da?accepts_incomplete=true

Hi Prabhakar,

The second error is derived from the first one, meaning that without the activation of the capabilities on the Integration Suite you cannot create the SAP Process Integration Runtime.

I would suggest you add the following roles to your user to access Integration Suite:
PI_Administrator
PI_Business_Expert
PI_Integration_Developer
Check if the user you are trying to access Integration Suite has these roles.
