Questionaire functionality to Auto short list candidates

Hi Experts,

We are using SAP E Recruiting ECC 6 , EHP 7 functionality. We have a requirement where mass recruitment campaigns are held. In these recruitment drives application volume goes beyond 5000 candidates.

Now my question is can we use questionnaire functionality of SAP E Recruiting to auto short list & reject candidates based on response of candidates to a particular set of questions. FOr Example if my question is What was your grade in High School & if he selects from available option as A+ then he should be automatically put to short list bucket & if he select B or C grade then he should be automatically rejected without any manual intervention by recruiter.

Can this functionality be done on multiple questions & responses. i.e Age following in a particular range & education & Experience meeting certain criterions.

Yes this function is very much available

During the config of questionnaire only you give the weitage of the questions and responses. Based on those and also using ranking functionality you can auto filter the candidates based on there responses.

This means every time we define questions then we need to go to SPRO to define weightage or this can be done through front end from Administrator tab in E Rec.
