The audit log is a function to snapshot the data at a certain point for later audit. Furthermore e-recruiting is finally supporting change documents for the infotype changes. Together with the change documents for the Business Partner you can track any changes of table fields.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way to 'freeze' an application once it has been referred to the hiring manager?&amp;nbsp; If an applicant modifies his/her profile once the application has been referred to the hiring official, the original application is overwritten.&amp;nbsp; Is there anything we can do to prevent updates to applications in a particular status/activity?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for assistance!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
