Onboarding email services recipient

Hello Experts,

In email services, i want the division heads to get a copy of the email notification for Furnish Equipment.

For example, if the Onboardee belongs to the Sales Division, I want the division head of Sales to receive the email notification. I am unable to use the Onboarding Group receipient builder as that will send the notification to all members in that group.

Kindly assist if you have an idea how this works.

Hi Melisa,

Currently we don not have that option.
As a work around we have added the required people in Onboarding dynamic groups and then selected the receipeint type as Dynamic group receipient builder and added that group as recepient.
