New hire to User conversion with ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob w/o integ to 3rd Party HRIS

New hire to User conversion with ConvertExternalUserOnStartDateJob for Clients without integration to 3rd Party HRIS.

Our Client is on SF Onboarding(ONB2.0) with mini-EC (due to 3rd Party HRIS/ ATS) and doesn't have any Integration with 3rd Party HRIS to Utilize the updateFromExternalHrisONB API to update the hiring status from the External HRIS system and change the status of the new hire to 'Hired' in the system.

Looking for Best practice automated solution to change the status to Hired instead of manual option.

Just to understand further, are you looking forward to automating the manage pending hire step?

Do you follow the steps as

ONB --> Manage Pending Hire --> EC mini master?
