I think we were one of the earlier adopters, and with that there were some bumps along the way during configuration. The "fully integrated" with SuccessFactors had some hiccups that SAP &amp; XOXODay had to work through. And post go live we had an issue with the size of the gift card logos within the emails - they were huge (so be sure to test that). I think their engineering team has that fixed. We are only using US Dollars in USA for now, but I know they are in multiple countries - would definitely suggest thoroughly testing, but overall works well.
