Why does the Survey Response CSV report have the filter for user ID?

In fact, the survey response CSV standard report does not return user information but it has the filter for user ID. When I use it, the report return no data

In this case, I want to know what the filter for user ID in the survey response csv report work for? And if it worked for nothing, why would it appear in the report?

Dear Cuong,

Please keep in mind that potentially a survey can be set Non-Anonymous and then the User filter would make sense and could be used.

I have also found this in SAP KBA:

2149141 - Reports related to surveys does not bring data if Users are applied as filter (sap.com)
