Cost management in LMS

Hello,

can you advise me based on your experience how to track the cost of the training? Should the price field be used to track the cost per person and does this appear in both catalogs and the correct training planner? could it be visible to users elsewhere?

The cost calculation field instead is to track all the costs of creation, maintenance, teachers etc, correct?

in case of having to track the total cost of the training per person what would you recommend?

Where you can calculate per person/seat price offline and add the same to the 'Pricing' section of the Class and the same is available in the library as well as training planner.

The cost calculation field instead is to track all the costs of creation, maintenance, teachers etc, correct? - Correct. Total Training Cost can be maitained here.(f.y.i However system does not calculate per person/seat price according to this total training cost)

in case of having to track the total cost of the training per person what would you recommend? - 'Pricing' is what you can use to track per person cost. Since this is also available in the 'Learning History' report.
