can we create cumulation wage type which we can use more than 1 financial year . if yes how?

Yes, We have the option to create a WTs where the amount can be moved from Financial year or Tax year to Unlimited

Check Table T54C3 and option U - Unlimited Cumulation type

Ex:- The issue which I have worked, Bonus Amount should be paid after 1 year on the amount he is Eligible in the Month of April Every year. Employee Completes his 1 year in September 2021 But, Base Amount for calculation is for April I have copied a Notional Wage type and set the cumulation type U - Unlimited

With the above configuration, I have written a Rule-based When an employee Completes 1 year Pay 10% of Base Amount

In Standard, Cumulation will happening on a Yearly or Tax Year basis.
