SAP CRM Web UI Help Centre

Hi Gurus,

We have a requirement to provide help guide/training Manual to Call center agents. We need to attach text and screen shots in user guide. There should be a link embedded in SAP CRM Web UI screen to open the screen.

I was looking for different options for solution. I found Workforce Performance Builder (WPB). As per my understanding WPB is applicable for S/4 HANA or Fiori screen.

Please let me know if you are aware of integrating WPB with SAP CRM Web UI.

Please suggest alternate solution option for the requirement.

Hi Rajeev,

I am not sure if WPB can be integrated with SAP CRM WebUI.

However you achieve this requirement, maybe you can attach text and screen shots in a external guide and link it via Transaction Launcher.

Can you please check if you can use the weblinks mentioned in KBA below to achieve your requirement. You can manual add link in there.
