Remote Requisitions/Employees

Hi all,

Has anyone figured out a way to handle remote job requisitions and employee profiles? An SAP knowledge base article advises against using "US-Remote" as a location in job requisitions but how else are you supposed to let potential candidates know that a job is remote? We tried adding a custom field and filter for "Remote Job? Yes" but we still have to tie it to an office location so this can be confusing for candidates.
