Hi Experts,

I am working on SAP ENABLE NOW . we are implemented and its working , but the training url need to send learners that URL is not working

its giving UE_TRAINER_NOT_FOUND how to resolve this issue. little urgency.

WE need to synchronize the Resources from Producer to Manger

Hi Sangamesh,

Great, that you have found the solution. Resources must be PUBLISHED, as users with Learners role can consume only published content that consists of content itself + resources (styles, graphics, playback settings etc).

Did you solve your problem ? I have faced with an issue. The problem is when producer connect with manager workarea quick recording mode does not work on producer, it starts but not ends even I click "end" key. Plus producer unable to generate documentation when connect with manager workarea, do you have any idea about this issues ?

Hi Safak,

Hard to say when not seeing JavaConsole and error screens. I recommend to create the incident + attach JavaScript console logs (View -> JavaScript Console).
