Production SEFAZ MG state issue for Brazil specific- handshake failure error

Hi Team,

This is standard Service status interface (SRVSC) was configured for SEFAZ MG state in SAP PI 7.4.

SAP PI send message to SEFAZ MG state in Production but SEFAZ MG doesn't giving proper response from 9th June,2017 and giving below error:

Transmitting the message using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: Peer sent alert: Alert Fatal: handshake failure”

We already imported recent SEFAZ MG certificates in PI system but still not working in production and giving same handshake failure error. These recent SEFAZ MG certificates are available in the below link:

If anyone facing similar kind of issue for NFe Brazil interfaces and please provide some inputs on this issue. Thanks

Hi Rajesh,

I did face this issue earlier when the SEFAZ URL was down and when we had issue with network proxy/firewall user.

After you import the MG certificate, make sure you restart the SOAP receiver channel for MG. You can ping the channel in channel monitoring to see what the error you are getting and also check the logs in log viewer.

This Service status interface to be working fine till 8th June and facing an issue from 9th June.

We noticed that, some certificates got changed related to SAFAZ MG on 9th June as mentioned below URL

http://portalnfe.fazenda.mg.gov.br/download.html

We already imported new SEFAZ MG certificates in PI layer after that restarted MG channel as well, still giving error like "handshake failure error". Other SEFAZ states are working fine except SEFAZ MG in Production.

We have pinged SEFAZ MG channel in monitoring and giving error like "

Failed to open the connection to the URL https://nfe.fazenda.mg.gov.br/nfe2/services/NfeStatus2 ".

Please suggest, do you face similar issue recently for SEFAZ MG state in production and how to handled it. Thanks
