Manual depreciation on sap

Hi everyone,

I tried to create the following fixed asset acquisition on SAP B1 ,

After I created a manual depreciation on the same item,

Here you will find the details of the summary and amortization of the years:

The problems I have is that the total planned depreciation is different from the recorded depreciation (manual depreciation)

Second problem is that the depreciation recorded in the dates 2021 AND 2022 for each year must be 1126 MAD but SAP calculates 1128.

Third problem is that if I want to create another manual depreciation on the same item, the following error message is displayed:

NBV of asset "IM000003" cannot fall below zero; change the total

Any ideas ?

Hi,

You can check KBA 3361678 on Use of Manual Depreciation. This gives example of Manual Reconciliation impact and why NBV cannot be negative.
