Hello together,

Could you please kindly advice about the below case in SAP FBL5N report ?

Is it possible to see the "Trading partner" field detail for each line for all currencies ?

When we run the report, we can see the trading partner code for EUR, but couldn't display it for the USD line.

Did you check if the field Trading Partner is updated on the individual line items , where the document currency is USD. Ideally this would not be controlled by the currency

Yes, you are right it not based on the currency USD.

There are any other currencies also in the report.

But, how can i make the check as you mentioned ?

Could you please kindly let me know ?

As i checked the report line by line, the trading partner field is displayed.

You have checked all line items and trading partner is updated. However, when you agrregate the line items in FBL5N, the trading partner is not updated. Also, you should check that in all customer master or BP, the field trading partner is updated.This is what I understood is the issue. If this is the case, please raise a Product Support ticket

Hi @Gizem_S

USD currency is the total amount value in company code currency, if you want to see the trading partner click on sub total icon to display the trading part number.
