Business role assigned even though in not "complete" phase in GRC12

Dear All Gurus,

I have issue here. We have set paarmeter 4016 as "YEs" in access control (GRC12 - SP4) but still business role is provisioned through NWBC which are not in "complete" phase.

In fact, whichever state of business role, we are able to create access request & able to assign to end user sucessfully.

Ideally, if this parameter "4016" is set to "YES" - it should not allow any Business role to be provisioned or should be pulled in access control.

Hi Neerav,

I guess, the business role which is provisioned based on parameter 4016 is already completed one but not the one which is in modification or incomplete status. You can verify this either by going to business role through BRM or you can check the provisioned role in plugin system has data which were in incomplete business role.
