SNC not maintained for Multiple user creation GRC request in SAP

Hi Guys

When we add multiple Users in a GRC Request for User creation, SNC is not getting maintained in SU01 after provisioning. However for single user SNC is getting maintained. We have maintained SNC in EUP 999.

GRC 10.0 SP24

Can anyone help with this.

Hi Sowmya,

I am little confused with your request...You have an issue with the mass user create template(import) or EUP is not calculating the right SNC name?

Hi Ramesh,

A single GRC request was raised for account creation of 2 users. But SNC was maintained in SU01 for one user only, however Roles had been provisioned for both users.

Any pointers on the scenario would be helpful.

For Mass User creation you need to maintain the SNC in the input template itself as it doesnt pick the entry from your EUP.
