None of the workflow work in SAP GRC

HI Experts,

Need your valuable time and advice. None of the workflow is working in our SAP GRC system.

Request is raised and gets stuck , does not travel to line manager (1st stage) or any where.

What might be the issue, How to debug?

Is it submitting for MSPM evaluation?

Have you looked in SLG1, Search Requests > Audit Log; MSMP Runtime Instance and monitor to see what errors you are getting?

were they working previously? did you follow the Workflow activation in SPRO to set the tasks as general and activate the event linkages?

Your issues it too generic to provide further assistance on where to check/debug without knowing what's been configured. Screen shots of logs and MSMP configuration for agent rule would be a start to direct you where best to look. Understanding how you are sourcing manager, etc.

Issue resolved , deactivated event queue and WF started working fine.

I doubt job SWEQSRV has impacted the queue. Your thoughts???
