EPM Add Ins not loading in Excel 2013 - 64 Bit

Hi Team,

We are able to install the EPM Add ins , But its not appear in the Excel

I checked in the COM Add Ins , Its showing error : " Not Loaded . A run time occurred during the loading COM Add ins

We are using : EPM 10 SP25 Version

Excel 2013 64 bit

Please suggest

Kindly have look on note 2281806 and make sure you have all the supporting component inastalled.

Hi Sriram,

This may be because of your registry settings.

Go to the registry setting(REGEDIT) for FPXMLClient.Connect(Path HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\FPMXLClient.Connect)

Change the Load Behavior to value 3. This will activate the EPM add-in whenever you start Excel.
