Account Type Expenses to be shown as negative values in SAP EPM Report

Hi,

I want SAP EPM report to show only Expenses as Negative values. At present all the P&L statement having positive values(INC and EXP)

I tried the Formatting with Specific member/ property like Account.ACCTYPE = EXP and formatted the data field as -10000. This setting is not giving expected result.

Is there any easy way to get all the expenses as Negative values based on the account property?

May be you want to format something like:

-# ##0;# ##0

And by the way, you can create a custom measure to show EXP as negative....

Hi Vadim,

As suggested, i have used the special format -# ##0;# ##0.

Attached reports and format sheet.

My requirement is to show the balances of Expense GL accounts negative. I have applied EPMFormatting options in EDIT report, still no changes to format of report.

Add Color to ensure that the format is correctly applied to the cells with ACCTYPE=EXP!
