I have created a user Id with exact roles and access in BW &amp;amp; BPC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am able to logon to other environment but not the required environment&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Roles:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #575757;"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #993300;"&gt;BW roles:&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) /poa/bui_flex_client&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) /poa/bui/um_user&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color: #575757;"&gt;BPC :&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Task Profile full access&lt;BR /&gt;Member profile full access.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting the attached error, i am not able to logon to BPC start page(Required Environment).       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The screen print is showing that the attempt is being made to load BPC information for the user, it is not necessarily failing until we can see some error.&amp;nbsp; The following are some of the things I suggest checking:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On the server side check SM50 or SM66 if you have multiple servers for any process with the user's ID&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;On the server side look for any errors either in application lo (SLG1) or system log (SM21).&amp;nbsp; Look for the log messages with matching timestamp and user ID&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If this is the first time for either the user to connect or the machine to be used for BPC client then confirm if the user can connect from any other machine&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Install Fiddler and get the Fiddler log for when the user tries to connect. &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Leila&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

If that is the case, you need to provide specific access for the given environment to the user ID in question.
