Hi Rohit,

You still facing this issue?

It may be a basic configuration step, but make sure that you have performed/activated General Task in "Assign Agents" for PC node in OOCU.

Please let us know how it goes.

Regards,

GRC Process Controls Planner

Hi Experts,

I am facing one issue while testing the workflow for the Planner activities in Process controls.

We have set up the CAD and all other prerequisites in development and transported same to quality system. In quality system, all the users are maintained at the entity levels. Now I schedule a planner , for example, Subprocess design assessment, In this case, I follow the steps and reach to activate the workflow, however while checking the objects before activating the system shows the correct user to whom the workflow will be triggered, however after the workflow activation, it is always triggered to fallback reciever. We tested various planner activities and faces problems in others too.

What could be the possible error? Please suggest.

Thank You in advance.

Regards,

Rohit

Hi Rohit,

First, please check the workflow logs in transaction SWIA and check which agent is showing there.
Ideally it should be the same owner whom you are expecting the workflow to be triggered.

If The SWIA transaction says No current Processor,

make sure that the users have the appropriate roles assigned:
•SAP_GRC_FN_BASE;
•SAP_GRC_FN_ALL;

Second, check the roles maintained for business event in the SPRO custom agent determination node and make sure your user/owner is having the same Role assigned in the frontend.

Third, if the second level authorization is activated in your system, then make sure the user/owner has the same role assigned in Su01 as well.

Please check and let me know if it was helpful.

Regards,
Sachin
