Unable to activate the Goods Receipt Confirmations Communication Scenario in S/4HANA Public Cloud

We are trying to access the Goods Receipt Confirmations Standard API from the SAP Business Accelerator Hub for S/4HANA Public Cloud. However, the required Communication Scenario (SAP_COM_0782) is not available for activation in the public cloud.

Need to do the Goods Receipt after Purchase Order and proceed further automatically. What is the API for this scenario, please provide your inputs. Thanks in advance - Ram
