Error in Cancelling the Project WBS (TECO) due to NAV

There is WBS under project is created and now that must be cancelled due to the business decision since there will no asset coming in

All the cost are reversed in the WBS . The NAV for the Depreciation area 01 ( US GAAP ) is ZERO,,

where as their a value in NAV under the depreciation area 30 in ZO ledger . Due to this the user is unable to cancel the WBS

Another error says to maintain the settlement rule in FUL where there is no asset available to maintain the settlement rule.

The user is not willing to delete the project as well, Can somebody help on this issue thanks

Hello Subramaniam,

1. System asking to maintain settlement rule due to settlement profile (T-code OKO7) configuration - check if to be settled in ful or any parametrs as mandatory selected there, assign some settlment profile to WBS in which settlmemnt not mandatory.

2. Check what is source of balance in depreciation area 30, make adjustment accordingly.
