Issue while implementing SAP Note 3501652

Hi,

In transaction code BIC2, in File structure dropdown the key "Identifiers Directory" is not showing in our system So when try to check two SAP OSS notes (338821 and 3501652) to implemented. We have successfully implemented the note 338821 but we are unable to implement note 3501652 which has two prerequisite notes (3278821 and 3345223). In prerequisite notes we are able to implement 3278821 note but we couldn't implement note 3345223 as it shows that "Note can not be implemented".

Someone please let us know how can we implement these note(3342223) for our support package as shown below

Note "cannot be implemented" means that it's already implemented.

EDIT: as Raymond suggested, the other reason is that the note applies to a future Support Package that you didn't install yet (or to a different Software Component, etc.)

You are at SP level 16 and this note 3345223 seems only available from SP level 21 to 28.

Also same problem with your initial note 3501652 (sp 21 - 30)

Basically this note is not available for your system level ☹️ you require /SAPK-75021INSAPABA of june 2021 (your version is from 2019)
