HOW TO COPY OLD P.O TO CREATE NEW P.O ?

Dear All,

I have to make a new P.O for services as my old P.O is expiring today , Hence my services will also stopped today, but i do not know how to copy The old P.O so that each & every cond. should get copied in this new P.O , Pl suggest how to do this ?

hi,

i think on the menu bar or on the header data you can find an icon COPY .

once check and get back.

Hi,

Goto ME21N and switch on the document overview tab and select the My purchase order and select the po no and press the copy tab

Goto ME21N and switch on the document overview tab

select the My purchase order

select the po no

drag the po & paste in header

all information are come in po change as per ur requirement &

1-Run Tcode-ME21N 2-Select the Doc. Type 3-Click on document overview ON 4-from Document Overview Click on Purchase Order 5-A new screen will come where you put the required PO no from which you want to copy. 6-Now the PO no with Line item will copy on document overview screen 7-Select the appropriate Line item of that Po and then click on "Adopt" or if you want to copy all the line items of that particular Po then just select the Po no and then click on Adopt. 8-Now it will copy all the contents of the Copied PO into the new PO as per adoption.
