S4Hana / Fiori: Staff changes >> Changes to Change Record Processors

What is the most efficient solution to automatically update processors in the Change Record for each task based on staff changes in our organization? If we have staff changes, they are updated in SuccessFactors. Is there an API or something that can manage the updates between SuccessFactors and processors loaded in Change Record?

This seems like a table export/import process from SF to S4Hana somehow, but what is required to enable this solution?

Please clarify, is SuccessFactors integrated with SAP S/4HANA on premise or with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition? If 'on premise', please remove the tag 'SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Human Resources'. Thank you.

Historic change records should probably not be altered, regardless, to allow for compliant auditing. Staff updates in SuccessFactors should be set up such that they are automatically transferred as BusinessPartners (master data) in S/4HANA (Cloud Public Edition).

If by Change Record processor you are referring to the 'Change Responible' business partner ID, perhaps this blog might help?
