      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hai Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever an employee is returned after vacation, there comes "Claim from previous period" deductions in the next months salary Payslip or any other payments that we do for the employee. Let me know:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1- What is actually this "Claim from previous period"?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2- How to know what is this deductions for other that CWTR code?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3- How to remove the "Claim from previous period" from the Payments?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>A "Claim" usually happens when an employee received income in a previous payroll period but was not allowed that income. You did not mention for which Country Code this happens, but you should look in the Payroll Records of the Payroll Periods just before the employee was on vacation and during his/her vacation to try to find where the claim is generated and why.</description>
