Auto Q block at storage location

Hi experts,

Is there a customizing (probably in QM module) that will enable creation of inspection lot after performing 311 movement type?

Idea is: when someone transfer stock from storage location 1 to storage location 2 system creates inspection lot and make that stock Q blocked.

Both storage locations are WM managed, if that is relevant.

Hi Danko,

Inspection type 08 (stock transfer inspection) is available for this in the QM module.

Note that there is configuration which defines which movement types will trigger an inspection lot when the material is activated with inspection type 08. By default movement type 311 (and 312) is one of them.

In the QM module you can create the inspection plan so this data is copied into the created inspection lot to define which quantities and inspections should be executed.
