service and asset manager mobile application (version 2205)

We are using S/4HANA 2022 FPS02 On-Prem version. We also configured the relevant system settings for SAP service and asset manager mobile application (version 2205). Equipments and function locations are getting fetched in the mobile application.We have checked all the data filters for Workorder and Notification (which are conssistent with our data selection) but still we are not able to fetch Work orders and notifications in the mobile application.

Have you faced similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

Hi Umamaheshwar,

First thing I would check is the assignment type filters in Work Order Generic and Notification oMDOs. Then set the user parameters accordingly if it the filters are set to the use the user parameters.

If you are using work center related assignment types, make sure your/test user is assigned to the work center in person assignment in backend. Rest and sync after any config udpates. Hope this helps.

We are using assignment type 1 (Header Level Personal Responsible).we are able to see Notifications & Work Orders on the mobile application.But start Work order option is not enabled in the mobile application.Also Our order has assignment in the backend but not showing in app (PFA).

Have you faced similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
