      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a scenario, paid leave has to exhausted then employee go for one more emergency leave we need to write a rule in such a way if employee takes emergency leave in one month the same has to be adjusted when paid leave&amp;nbsp; quota is generated next months.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;example- &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paid leave quota is 0 for employee in month of&amp;nbsp; Nov, employee applies for 3 days emergency leave in Nov which should get adjusted from paid leave quota &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;( e&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;mp gets 2 no. paid leave quota every month )&lt;/SPAN&gt; of coming months that is paid leave quota should not be generated for employee in the month of Dec and in Jan only 1 paid leave should be credited to emp.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you try to create an absence for such abs quota type, if the abs quota entl balance is not enough for the absence period, the maintenance program module gives a warning to say that the abs quota is exceeded by x no.of hrs (or days as applicable).&amp;nbsp; User can decide to proceed or cancel the transaction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a)For an absence type, there can be more than one abs quota type that can be used to deduct the abs hrs depending on the config in V_T556R.&amp;nbsp; These abs quota types can be in a specific customer-selected sequence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, for annual leave, it may be allowed to deduct from Annual leave quota, then Long Service Leave quota, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the abs quota type in the order specified in T556R:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- for each IT 2006 record valid during the absence period and provided the deduction period is valid, if the balance entl is enough or till the negative hrs allowed for the abs quota type is still available, the abs hrs are deducted; else it goes to the next record.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- then to the next abs quota type.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;b)Further to using the config in Table V_T559L (Quota configuration) --&amp;gt; Quota type --&amp;gt; NegDed, it is possible to use badi's, bapi's available for time mgt. In addition you may use ABAP Enhancement.&amp;nbsp; These methods should only be used if the corresponding efforts are comparable to the benefit achieved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;c)The config and other methods mentioned here are used during abs record creation / maintenance.&amp;nbsp; It is not required to use any PCR.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
