May I ask what you want to do with this info if you do not have access to SAP and if you are neither a consultant nor a SAP user?

Thanks Dee. Although I have seen references (on here and in other places) to FRGKE as having other values both numerics and alphas. I thought that this field showed the various stages that a PO went through including blocked, released and others. I assume those you have provided are the defaults?

Hi,

When a purchase requisition or an external purchasing document has been processed via a release code, a release indicator is assigned to it as per your business design!

But Changeability Indicator in release indicator for a release procedure play a vital role in designing where it act as how purchasing document will behave after release. In system you have following
Changeability Indicators and you can use them in release indicator as per your requirement

1-cannot be changed

2-changable,no new determination of strategy

3-changable,new release in case of strategy

4-changable,new release in case of strategy or value change

5-changable,new release if new strategy/outputted

6-changable,new release if new strategy or value changed/ outputted.

FRGKE is freely definable 1 char. It is the values in other columns that give meaning to it.... whether the status is released, what is the changeability for that release indicator, etc.
