po print preview total net value is zero

When a PO is created and previewed BEFORE it is Saved, the Total Net Value is Zero. This happens when creating Req to PO but not when the PO is created directly from ME21N without a Requisition.

This just started happening after we applied support packages APPL-SAPKH60410, PI_Basis-SAPK-70110INPIBASIS and Basis-SAPKB70110

Has anyone noticed this and found a fix?

I have found one similar discussion in forum but no one answered so I am starting this discussion again.

are you using standard driver program , MEDRUCK or you have a custom program in place?

Generally it is always helpful to check with ABAP person and debug process to see why system is not able to pick values. For contributors here i think there would be too much lack of information to comment.

Please implement the note:

SAP Note No. 1655101

See point 4.
4. When you display the print preview in ME21N the field Overall Net
Value is initial as long as the PO is not yet saved. After saving
the PO this value is correctly displayed in the print preview.

we are using script with z-form but program used is standard...also to be specific in few of the user ids this problem is appearing whenever standard PO is getting created with ref to other document like PR, but for direct standard PO correct value is appearing on those ids also...so this problem is not similar all across the organization...but only in entry level user ids...however no authorization check capturing the same

thanks for your reply but can this symptom be user specific since using my id the same thing is not happening but in user level ID that problem is appearing

Missing Authorization Also a Possible Reason. after Creating the PO Take the Print Preview option and "/nSU53" on the Command to Check the Missing Authorizations.

If Any Missing Authorizations Ask Basis People to Add the Object through "PFCG" to User Role.

Hi Alokesh,

As per my understanding, net price is missing from print preview of the PO.. Right?

If this is the case, then

1. please check PR whether it is created through agreement..

2. open the agreement

3. click on the item detail of particular item for which net price is missing.

4. Here, print price option should be checked for that item.

thanks for your valuable input..we are working on the solution once it get resolved I will update the post....but it is sure that it is not related to authorization or agreement issue..since we are not using agreement

Thanks Nadia the said note 1655101 actually works for us...actually certain user specific issue was arising for the EVO parameter but the solution is the note only.
