I have got error message BL001 when i executed t-code CKMSTART,the detail is "not found",can you help me ?thanks

Hi Cassandre ,

With the limited Information .. its defficult to say whats causing the error..

What i will suggest is to run CKM9 and some configurations between the new plant and any existing ML active plant ( If any)

Have you completed the following configuration :

1 Assign Currency Types to Material Ledger Type OMX2

2 Assign Material Ledger Types to Valuation Area OMX3

3 Maintain Number Ranges for Material Ledger Documents OMX4

4 Configure Dynamic Price Changes OMX5

5 Reasons for Price Changes

6 Define Movement Type Groups of Material Ledger OMX7

7 Assign Movement Type Groups of Material Ledger OMX0

8 Define Material Update Structure OMX9

9 Assign Material Update Structure to a Valuation Area OMX8

10 Activate Actual Cost Component Split SPRO

11 Activate Distribution of Usage Variances SPRO

For OMX1 .. what price determination you are using . Are you using "3" .

If you already have some other plant active , compare the configurations using transaction CKM9.

Once all configurations are completed , then only use CKMSTART.

This is very strange as I can not see any message in SE91 it displays nothing. I would suggest that you raise an OSS message to SAP.

Please check any of the following notes

1) Note 644056 - Release of the planning run: Message without text in the log

2) Note 436642 - Mass change: deceptive error message BL001

3) Note 1311105 - Error BL001 raised when numeric values are entered in XSteps

4) Note 1247721 - Production startup: Messages in results log

5) Note 1421225 - Reporting - incorrect error message BL 001 displayed

Thanks for your reply .

I got this message on the last step, "company code in which ML and FI can be reconciled:none found".message number is BL001.then I re-exec CKMSTART for this plant,but show message "Material ledger already productive in plant xxxx".

I checked CKM9 ,it is same as other ML activated plant.

The configuration is completed and the price control is "3"

"You get this info message in transaction CKMSTART as long as not all plants of a company code have the Material Ledger active. The reason for the error is that if you activate a plant, while

other plants in the same company code don't have the Material Ledger active, message BL001 "None found" simply informs you that it is not possible to reconcile Material Ledger with FI."
