Goods Movement Errror during order confirmation

Hi Experts,

I have confirmed one production order for finished good. Its status now is REL CNF DLV PRC GMPS MANC SETC.

Finsihed good has 2 HALBs. Storage loctaion for FG is XX1 and for HALB is YY1. Backflushing for FG is active.

I am trying to cancel this confirmation using CO13.But while doing so I get error as " Current Order Status XXXXXX does not allow goods withdrawal".

Could you please explain where things are going wrong? How can I change status of a confirmed order?

dear sanjeev,

first you canceal your production order as order status is showing DLV.. .. through CORS/MBST/MIGO, then you can canceal confirmation of porduction order ...

Current Order Status XXXXXX does not allow goods withdrawal".

What is the exact message? What XXXXXX means?

If you know the XXXXXX then check with BS23 whether GI is restricted for the status?

You can change that with BS22.

But before hand check your process, why the cancellation is bheaving like this and is there any process already defined in your Org.

Dear Sanjeev,

1) Check whether auto GR is activated or not in the operation

2) Auto GR can be activated by two ways one is Via Control key and production scheduling profile

3) If Auto GR is not activated then first you need to reverse the GR Via MB31 or MIGO by giving movement type

as 102 or else cancel the document via MBST

4) Check for details in COOIS or MB51

5) Once reversing GR system will remove status DLV in production order then cancel the confirmation

Dear Sanjeev ,

As Order has the status DLV , syetm wont allowed to Cancelled the Confirmation.

1. Revers the Goods Movement with MBST . This wil cancelled teh status as DLv

2. Now with the T code CORS , enter the Process order and save it.

3. This wll Cancelled the Confirmation.

Dear

If your production Order is already DLV , then this message will pop up because you are tring to cancel the operation confirmation where backflash is active .In that case . you need to cancel the Materials Documents throgh MBST or MIGO, then you can cancel confirmation .

I would rather suggest you to chekc the COGI error frist and then go ahead with cancelation of material sdocuments .

Couple chels can be done :

1.Check wether the stock is not IV or PGI if it MTO order

2.Check wether you have make Backflah active in MRP views of the material

3.Check the Operation where you did the operation confirmation wether Auto GR active in Operaton control key as well as Back Flash mark in Work Cnetre Basic View

investigate above points before canceling Materials documents in MBST/MIGO and then cancel confirmation in CO13

Try and revert

Dear Sanjeev,

I guess you're talking about message C6 013 "Current order status & does not allow goods withdrawals".

This message is only raised when a user status prohibits goods movements. So please check for any user status in the affected order. I guess the best would be deactivating the user status and try again.

Hi Andreas,

I was checking in the meantime the same thing .I found that user status is active and it prohibits good movement.With your answer its confirmed that user staus is playing role of culprit.

I think I can change user status settling to Goods Movement "Allowed" and it should allow me to cancel confirmation.
