Logoff in RF Gun

Hi SAP gurus,

I have a weird issue related to RF gun. User once logged in is not able to log off using the Log off button which is standard from SAP. When we click on Log off button screen refreshes. Closing the screen using X shuts the SAP screen but when you again try to log in using other id it skips the log in screen and directly takes you to the Main Menu. The only way to Log off is to shut the session using SM04 or come out of Telnet and then relogin into Telnet first and then login into SAP.

As Logoff button is standard SAP button so I am finding it really difficult to find out why it is happening. It is not even in RF Menu Management in SPRO.

I would really appreciate if someone can tell me why it is happening and how to resolve it.

Hi Manav,

I had the same problem. I fixed this by adding parameter ~POPUPS = 1 in my ITS service.

Today I faced the exact issue. Did you find any solution to this?
