KA23 for collective processing of cost elements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use the radio button to display all cost elements, or you want to filter the cost element list for only certain functional areas you can use the option for a Selection Variant.  Just click on the Create icon and input your functional area(s) and save the variant and give it a name and description.  Then return to the KA23 screen and use F4 help or input the variant you saved.  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you execute the report and the list is returned, you may not see functional area immediately by default.  Simply use the icon to change the layout and send the functional area field from the column set on the right to the displayed columns on the left.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have access to tr.
