It’s quite the spooky time of year so let’s share pictures of spooky tech things!

All Devtoberfest Week 4, you’ll be able to share pictures or stories of spooky tech related things you’ve experienced or know of. You can also take a picture of spooky decor in your office or your Halloween costume.

I was working late one night 🌙, trying to fix a tricky bug in my code. I decided to use GitHub Copilot to help me out. It started suggesting some code that looked really good, so I accepted it, thinking I was close to solving the problem 🤔💻.

But when I ran the code, nothing happened—just a blank screen 👻😳. I looked over everything and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. After a bit of confusion 🤯, I finally saw it: Copilot had added a TODO comment in the middle of my function! Instead of a full solution, it was just reminding me, "You still need to finish this" 📝👀.

I couldn’t help but laugh 😂. Even AI can be a bit cheeky sometimes! 👻😄

I had to work through the night to deliver a super urgent development. During the break, I decided to watch the news of the day, and suddenly during a report the reporter gave me the solution to my problem while he talked about some examples of difficulties from his day. That was scary!
