IKEv2 Migration queries

Hi Experts,

I have recently received a communication on SAP's Remote support Migration to IKEv2 covered in SAP Note 2800846 - Recommendations for the use of cryptographic mechanisms in the IPsec and IKE protocols (BSI TR-02102-3)

I am trying to find more details around it like the tests the BASIS team needs to carry out at their end, planning, preparations etc but couldn't find more details around it except for raising it with SAP Network team (XX-SER-NET-SHA2)

Also I wanted to understand how to identify the type of remote connection I have like IPSEC or SNC for my SAP Router, All I have is the external IP Address of my Router which is register at SAP Remote Support. .

Kindly share details/info around this. Thanks in advance and appreciate your help.

Dear Customer,

I discussed this internally and the colleagues confirmed that the only way to go in this particular case is to open an incident according to the note 2800846 on the mentioned component XX-SER-NET-SHA2.
