Master and derived role issue

hello,can anyone help me to know that is there any way to do the job that i have explained below-

suppose i have 10 derived roles from a single Master role,but now i want to specify some constraint so that i can make changes,not to all of 10 derived roles,but only in 3 or 4 role i want to using the concept of master role?

Hi,

Do you mean that those 3 or 4 derived roles, you want to do some changes & then re-use them as another Master role for new other derived Roles

break the inheritance relationship in description tab between master role and that four derived roles one by one. create a new master role for those four roles. hope it helps you.

The way i understood your question, it is not possible. Depending on your requirement, i would make a copy of that master and create new child roles under that master to accomplish what you were asking for.
