Hi guys,

We have 2 local printers (receipt and endorse). Both are using the same printer definition in SAP SPAD (G: Frontend Printing with Control Tech)

The problem is that when we try to print on printer 1 (receipt), it is printing successfully but not when printing on printer 2 (endorse) and the printer is not even blinking indicating it is trying to print something, also, there's no print queue. They use the same Output device (SPAD) and are both local printers. Both are Epson printers.

Please advise.

Hi Philip

I am not sure about the SAPSprint method G, you can try to configure the SAPSPrint F method, it will show the two different printers in your local machine.

Regards

SS

Hi Philip

In our environment, we are using SAPSprint F & S methods it is working fine without any issues.

if possible at the time of the releasing printouts from the SAP application using the SAPSprint F method could you share the screenshot? or any authority is required at the time of releasing the printouts? business users is having the authorization to release the local printouts?

Regards

SS
