What is the diffrence between RZ10 & RZ11 in Detail?

With the RZ10 the parameters of the instances are changed, the instance must be restarted so that the changes take the changes. There are parameters that are volatile, these can be changed with the RZ11 and the changes are immediate, but when the instance is restarted, these changes are lost.
