As this is not related to the dump, maybe you should raise a separate question, using the SAP GUI tag: &lt;A href="https://answers.sap.com/tags/345385326078662132058122667685214"&gt;UI SAP GUI for Windows&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can then share the SAP GUI version and patch level you are using.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also suggest testing the scenario with a theme different than Belize.   &lt;P&gt;I got a complain from my end user that when she execute transaction code cj20n under network header activity overview she will get this dump. attach is the analysis from the ST22. I will appreciate if someone can help me on this issue &lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Cristiano,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your quick respond i have implemented the Note it has stop generating dump but the  @ Symbol on the interface us still there see the attached as i cycle it on red. I need help on how to resolve this symbols issue to normal.
