supported reboot Failed.

Dear Expert,

I initiated SAP BusinessObject Business Intelligent installation after checking all the prerequisite it came back with Supported reboot failed. Please this is the first time i am installing businessObject Business Intelligent. I need help on this regards. Attached is the screen short for the error.

Thanks i later got a document that said that maybe after the OS installation i didn't rebooted the server i should reboot the server that will solved the issue which as i reinitiate the prerequisite check all was successful. Thanks for your quick respond. issue resolved.
