Cannot connect from SAP GUI

Hello Expert,

I just finished fresh installation of SAP S/4HANA 1709 now and after installation completed successfully, i went to OS level and start the instance then come to GUI set the instance parameter to connect to the SAP GUI but is throwing error message attached is the error message

Please i need help to resolved this issue. attach is the screen shot of the started instance

Hi,

As per "startsap" command, we can see that ASCS04 is successfully started. Also, SAP instance D03 is started, because sapcontrol command with GetProcessList shows disp+work running.

Does host Thamani correspond to IP address shown on GUI error?
GUI error says:
"partner 154.xx.x.xxx:3203' not reached"
Is TM2 configured to logon directly to application server? or load balancing with Message Server?
